> ℹ️ Welcome to the [http://BluBees.ai](http://BluBees.ai) Version 4.2.0 Beta update. This release adds Bitbucket support and lets you inherit code configurations across flows, helping to reuse settings and keep your flows consistent.

## **New Features & Enhancements**

### **New Integration: Bitbucket Support**

BluBees now supports Bitbucket as a connected application, expanding beyond GitLab to give teams using Bitbucket for source control the same integration and orchestration capabilities inside Jira.

With this release, Bitbucket joins as a fully supported connector — teams running their repositories on Bitbucket can now build the same class of automated workflows previously only available to GitLab users, including branch creation, file operations, and pipeline-triggered flows, directly from within Jira. This removes a key limitation for organizations standardized on Bitbucket and broadens BluBees' reach across the version-control tools teams actually use.

### **Auto-Inherit Node Configuration Across Chained Workflows**

When a node acts as both a target and a source in a multi-step flow, its configuration — authentication, endpoints, and metadata scopes — now automatically carries forward to the next node, instead of requiring manual re-entry. This applies to Call-Event and On-Response nodes and works consistently across both the execution engine and the UI canvas, cutting down redundant setup and reducing configuration errors in complex integration chains.

### **Security Update: Backend Dependency Vulnerabilities Resolved**

This release addresses multiple security vulnerabilities identified across BluBees' backend services (API, Tenant Management Console, Scheduler, and Automation modules) through upgraded third-party dependencies

All affected libraries have been upgraded to their patched versions across every impacted module. No customer action is required.

## **The Roadmap: What’s Next?**

As we progress through the Beta version upgrade phase toward our full General Availability (GA) launch, our engineering teams are actively building features that will **automatically discover your enterprise tech stack and map out recommended configuration flows** across all your business tools simultaneously.
