# BluBees.ai - Beta Release

**Release Date:** June, 2026

**Status:** Live Beta Production Rollout

**Target Audience:** Beta Cohort & Enterprise Design Partners

## Overview

Based directly on real-world usage and feedback, we transitioned from MVP into an optimized, feature-rich Beta. This release focuses on introducing **autonomous data orchestration** alongside significant enhancements.

Here is what is included in our Beta:

## What's New

### AI & Intelligent Agent Framework

#### Advanced Cross-Application AI Data Pipeline

We supercharged the AI Agent Framework to let intelligent agents orchestrate data lifecycle workflows entirely across separate platforms.

- **MCP Support for Tools:** Added Model Context Protocol (MCP) support to seamlessly bridge tools and LLM capabilities.
- **Intelligent Processing:** Once the agent gathers your data, it processes, structures, and transforms the data based on your specific prompts or business logic.
- **Seamless Target Syncing:** The agent then automatically synchronized the processed, high-value data and wrote it directly into your destination application.
- You can configure multiple MCP servers. MCP bridges the gap between traditional IT systems and autonomous AI agents.
- The integration between the AI agent and the MCP server enforces centralized enterprise governance.

#### Expanded LLM Ecosystem

- Added native, out-of-the-box support for DeepSeek and Anthropic, alongside the existing OpenAI and Google Gemini integrations.

### Webhook Integration Node

The **Webhook Node** component can be injected into any workflow to trigger external systems. It bridges your internal flow logic with third-party APIs or applications.

- **Flexible Placement:** Added the ability to seamlessly place the node at any point within any execution flow.
- **Dynamic Configuration:** Configure the destination webhook URL and define connection parameters (like authentication tokens or headers) directly within the node's settings.
- **Two-Way Communication:** Added support for the node to capture the response payload sent back by the external system and pass it downstream to subsequent nodes in the workflow.
- Added the ability for a webhook to invoke a flow from other flows.

### Centralized Secured Gateway for TestRay

- Added the ability to generate a TestRay API token within BluBees.
- Added the ability to connect with the TestRay application from the same Atlassian instance.

### Visual Conditional Route Builder

- Added conditional route configuration, which transforms and moves data from a source application to a target application based on specific rules, logic, or criteria.
- Unlike a simple direct map (where Field A always goes to Field B), conditional mapping evaluates the data at runtime and decides how, or if, the data should be mapped.
- The conditional route directs data to different fields or endpoints based on a specific value, and handles missing or messy data dynamically.
- The conditional route lets you build **highly dynamic, resilient, and intelligent workflows** that handle real-world, unpredictable data automatically.

### Enhanced UI/UX Layout

We overhauled the workspace canvas to make the platform self-describing for non-technical users:

- **Live Log:** Added a download button to the Live Log window that captures the current log contents, formats them as a plain text file, and triggers a browser download.
- **Clarified Status Controls:** Added a clear flow status of either Draft (not running) or Active (running).
- **Dashboard Tile View:** Added a tile view on the dashboard to display active flows.
- **Context Menu & View Step Details:** Added a right-click context menu for nodes, making it easier to manage complex flows.
- Right-click any node on the canvas to open the context menu.
- Select **View Step Details** to open a panel with an at-a-glance summary of the complete configuration.

## Stability Updates & Bug Fixes

- **Flow Designer Execution:** Fixed a canvas layout bug where workflow nodes occasionally rendered off-screen at negative coordinates.
- **Data Payload Management:** Optimized the database configuration for app icons by migrating them from heavy Base64 strings to clean, unique URLs, drastically speeding up API response times.
- **Error Handling UI:** Implemented a unified error handler that gracefully flags external API downtime directly within the view.

## The Roadmap: What's Next?

As we progress through the Beta phase toward our full General Availability (GA) launch, our engineering team is actively building features that will **automatically discover your enterprise tech stack and map out recommended configuration flows** across all your business tools simultaneously.
